Start from any item on Home, or begin with kana and scenarios if you are new.

Yes. Beginners can start with kana, simple scenarios, and short content, while other learners can choose by JLPT difficulty.

Preview a short section; if you understand the main idea with only a few lookups, the level is usually suitable.

You can start with content and features currently marked public or Free. Pro items are clearly labelled, and current benefits and prices appear on the membership or in-app purchase page.

The Web suits browsing, reading, and managing Web imports; the iOS App provides a mobile experience and features currently listed on the App Store. Availability can differ.

Use the same account on both; the page shows which account and membership data is supported.

The Web currently offers Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese.

Switch from the site language menu; source and translation languages still depend on each content page.

The current official download is for iOS only, and Android has not launched. The page shows “Coming soon” without an unusable store link.

It opens the official Daily Japanese App Store listing, where Apple manages downloads, updates, and purchases.

You can study news, podcasts, videos, learning topics, and JLPT-graded content. Each item offers the playback, text, subtitles, translations, readings, or lookup it supports.

Choose from Home or a section and open it to see the available tools.

Programmes and sources do not share one fixed schedule. Directories show what is currently available, and detail pages show publication or update dates when provided.

Reopen the relevant section and use its current list for the latest content.

Open the content detail page to see the available source, publication date, and related information. An original link is provided there when available.

JLPT labels are study guidance, not official exam ratings or personal results.

Select a sentence or play from the detail page. Turn translations or readings on in settings; the current sentence highlights, and unfamiliar words can be selected.

Try listening or reading first, then reveal only the help you need and repeat difficult parts.

Do not send passwords, complete payment credentials, or other sensitive information.

The Web currently supports public YouTube and Bilibili video links. Choose the source, paste the link, sign in, and confirm to create a record.

iOS import features are those shown on the App Store; Web Bilibili support does not mean it is live on iOS.

Links must be public, match the selected platform, and be content you may use. Private, paid, removed, region-restricted, or protected content may fail.

Confirm the link opens before submitting; check the platform and access before retrying.

Sign-in saves the record to the right account and restores the source and non-sensitive draft when you return. It never submits the link or starts subtitles automatically.

Review the link and confirm it yourself after signing in.

No. Creating a record and generating AI subtitles are separate. Quota is used only after you explicitly start subtitles and a transcription task is created.

Creating, viewing, or managing a record does not use subtitle quota.

The selected record and related items listed in the confirmation are removed and cannot be restored. Active tasks cannot currently be deleted.

Review the selection first; items that fail in a batch remain available.

The current public policy does not promise one fixed period for all imported content. Retention varies with service needs, security, legal duties, and deletion actions.

Delete manageable records, or use the privacy policy contact to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.

Yes. Supported account and membership data can be recognised, although learning records, settings, and history may have different sync coverage.

Use the same sign-in method on both and rely on each page for its current sync status.

Sign in to the iOS App and Web with the same Daily Japanese account. If Pro is missing, restore purchases in the App with the original Apple account, then sign in again.

Contact support if it still fails, without sending complete payment credentials.

Sign out from the account menu or account settings to end the session on this device.

To delete the account directly, open the account profile in the iOS app, choose Delete Account, review the data impact, and confirm again. Deletion permanently removes the related account data and cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, or want to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, email intellifuture.dev@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required to protect the account.

Free includes content and basic features currently marked public; Pro adds the content and learning tools listed on the membership page. Current pages and the App define exact benefits.

Browse public content first and subscribe only if it fits your needs.

The Web currently presents membership benefits but does not complete purchases. Subscribe in the iOS App using the plans and prices shown there.

Existing buyers can sign in to the Web with the same account and sync membership.

Restore purchases in the iOS App with the Apple account used to buy them, and make sure the App and Web use the same Daily Japanese account.

Sign in to the Web again; contact support with order information if it remains missing, and avoid buying twice.

Subscriptions bought through Apple must be cancelled in Apple account subscription settings and normally remain active until the current billing period ends.

The Web cannot cancel on behalf of the App Store; use iOS Settings or Apple subscription management.

Apple handles in-app purchases, so request refunds through the App Store process; Apple reviews the outcome under its policies.

If membership is only missing, restore purchases first, then contact support with order information.

AI may assist subtitles, translations, readings, sentence explanations, or content processing. Results can vary with audio quality, context, and proper nouns.

Common causes include an invalid or non-public link, sign-in or payment requirements, regional limits, removal, temporary platform issues, or account access.

Keep the link, check its platform and public status, then retry or contact support with the time and message.

Queued or processing tasks cannot currently be deleted, and closing the page does not cancel them. You may leave and return later.

When the task finishes or becomes actionable, use the retry or delete control shown on the page.

Data with supported account sync can be recognised on other devices, but progress, import history, playback position, and preferences may have different coverage.
