The Web version currently supports public YouTube and Bilibili videos. The iOS App features are those shown on its current App Store page; Web Bilibili support does not mean it is live on iOS.

Links must be public and match the selected platform. Private, paid, region-restricted, or protected content may not be processable.

Signing in saves the import to your account and restores your non-sensitive draft when you return. You still review and confirm it; sign-in never submits it automatically.

No. Creating an import and generating AI subtitles are separate steps. Quota is checked and used only when you explicitly start AI subtitles on the detail page.

Confirm that the link opens publicly, matches the selected platform, and has no access restriction, then retry. If it still fails, contact support with the link and failure time.

After signing in, use the Import Centre to view, filter, and select records. Deletion requires confirmation, and active processing tasks must finish or change state first.
